Raspisan je natječaj za prijam u radni odnos zaposlenika na radno mjesto:

suradnik/ica na projektu, na određeno vrijeme, za vrijeme trajanja projekta, s punim radnim vremenom.

Sveučilište u Zadru, kao partner na projektu, sudjeluje u razvoju HealthPath Simulatora (HPS), inovativnog alata koji se razvija u sklopu projekta financiranog kroz program “Jačanje strateških partnerstava za inovacije u procesu industrijske tranzicije” (referentni broj: IP.1.1.03.0049). Cilj projekta je unapređenje zdravstvenog i wellness turizma u jadranskoj Hrvatskoj kroz izradu prototipa HPS platforme koja objedinjuje SmartHealth i SmartTech rješenja. Suradnik/ca će raditi na istraživanju korisničkog iskustva, testiranju prototipova i pružanju tehničke podrške istraživačkom timu Laboratorija za interaktivne sustave i korisničko iskustvo (UX Lab) Sveučilišta u Zadru (https://uxlab.unizd.hr).

📌 Pristupnici moraju ispunjavati propisane uvjete i to:

završena srednja stručna sprema (SSS) informatičkog ili tehničkog smjera; ili završen preddiplomski sveučilišni ili stručni studij iz područja društvenih, humanističkih ili tehničkih znanosti
dobro poznavanje jednog svjetskog jezika (prednost engleski jezik)
dobro poznavanje rada na računalu, uključujući korištenje operativnih sustava (Windows, Linux ili MacOS) na korisničkoj razini te iskustvo s alatima za uredsko poslovanje i izradu izvještaja
radno iskustvo: nije važno
probni rad: 2 (dva) mjeseca

🔍 Opis poslova i odgovornosti

Sudjelovanje u provođenju istraživanja korisničkog iskustva (UX), uključujući postavljanje uređaja, pripremu materijala i bilježenje povratnih informacija od ispitanika, u suradnji s timom.
Asistiranje u testiranje funkcionalnosti prototipa u fazi eksperimentalnog razvoja, uz identifikaciju osnovnih problema s upotrebljivošću i tehničku podršku pri ispitivanju.
Tehnička podrška istraživačkom timu u provođenju laboratorijskih i terenskih istraživanja, uključujući testiranje prototipa i praćenje rezultata.
Priprema osnovnih prezentacija temeljena na prikupljenim podacima i nalazima iz provedenih istraživanja, u suradnji s istraživačkim timom.
Prikupljanje i unos podataka iz istraživanja, intervjua i upitnika, te vođenje evidencije o prikupljenim podacima.
Administracija i organizacija istraživačkih aktivnosti u laboratoriju, uključujući zakazivanje termina za intervjue i prikupljanje podataka od ispitanika.
Održavanje i administriranje opreme za istraživanje, osiguravajući da laboratorijska oprema bude u funkciji i ispravno postavljena za testiranja.
Priprema i vođenje osnovne dokumentacije vezane uz istraživanje, uključujući izvješća o osnovnim nalazima i operativnim zadacima.
Aktivno sudjelovanje na sastancima istraživačkog i projektnog tima, pružanje podrške u provedbi istraživanja i praćenju rezultata.

🏅 Prednost će imati kandidati koji su stekli iskustvo ili kompetencije u istraživanju korisnika i korisničkog iskustva (UX), dizajnu korisničkih sučelja (UI), razvoju web i mobilnih aplikacija te temama vezanim za interakciju čovjek-računalo (npr. dizajn interakcija, prototipiranje, testiranje upotrebljivosti, testiranje pristupačnosti i dr.), kao i kandidati s iskustvom u postavljanju i provođenju istraživanja, uključujući primjenu različitih metoda, kao što su npr. intervjui, upitnici, eksperimentalna istraživanja, istraživanje tržišta ili analiza konkurencije.

Join the GoTriple usability study to help refine a multilingual SSH research platform.

The purpose of this session is to evaluate the GoTriple platform, a discovery service for Social Sciences and Humanities (SSH) research. Your feedback will help us identify what works well and what can be improved.

What is this study about?

This research is part of the OPERAS-PLUS project, which supports open scholarly communication in SSH.
We are testing the GoTriple platform to understand how users navigate, search, and interact with its features.

Croatian Translation of the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ)

Croatian UX experts and researchers can now use the Croatian UEQ translation with confidence!

The International Journal of Human-Computer Interaction published the results of the translation, psychometric evaluation and validation of the Croatian version of the User Experience Questionnaire. The authors of the research paper are Mate Juric, Franjo Pehar and Nikolina Peša Pavlović, members of the Laboratory for Interactive Systems and User Experience (UX Lab Zadar).

The purpose of translating the UEQ into different languages is to avoid misinterpretation of the terms in the questionnaire by non-native speakers. Validation of the Croatian translation ensured high reliability of the measuring instrument.

The new translation is available on the website www.ueq-online.org under Download, in the files Questionnaire (PDF) and Data Analysis Tools (Excel files that enable easier analysis of the results).

Interreg IPA Launching Conference

Members of the Laboratory for Interactive Systems and User Experience (UX Lab Zadar) Nikolina Peša Pavlović and Mate Juric participated in the ceremony on the occasion of the approval of the Interreg VI-A IPA program 2021-2027.
As part of the event, numerous successful projects created as part of previous Interreg programs were presented.
Together with colleagues from Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro, we presented the equipment acquired as part of the 2CODE project - Cooperation for Development of Cross Border Business Environment Enchanted at the exhibition of projects as part of the conference.
Conference participants had the opportunity to try the eye tracking devices Tobii Pro Nano and Tobii Pro Glasses 3 from our UX Lab.

Librarian non-conference kcConnect

Members of the Laboratory for Interactive Systems and User Experience (UX Lab Zadar) Mate Juric, Alica Kolarić and Nikolina Peša Pavlović participated in kcConnect, a librarian "non-conference" organized by the Public library Fran Galović Koprivnica, where there were many interesting topics on the application of new knowledge in the field of librarianship. The workshop Possibilities of using eye-tracking in libraries was organized, where participants could try out our eye-tracking equipment and learn more about how interesting research can be done in libraries and other heritage institutions by applying the eye-tracking technique.
One of the invited speakers was Andy Priestner, a librarian, who is now engaged in consulting libraries on how to improve the user experience with library services. His lecture can be found on the YouTube channel of the Fran Galović library in Koprivnica.

Summer School of Information Sciences (JOSSIS)

From August 29 to September 9, 2022, the 2nd Summer School of Information Sciences (JoSSIS) was held. One of the courses was Eye tracking, led by Dr. sc. Michael Burch from the University of Graubünden in Switzerland. During the exercises, the participants had the opportunity to use the equipment of UX Lab Zadar.

Web development Bootcamp

During October 2021, as part of our 2CODE project, a Web Development Bootcamp focused on topics in the field of UX/UI design, web design, SEO, branding, etc. was held.

UX Lab Zadar - interactive presentation (vol. 2) in Code Hub

UX Lab Zadar is an open academic community that gathers experts who have gained their experience through many years of research and/or development of custom-made interactive systems in accordance with the expectations of end users. In our laboratory, the interaction between people and systems can be recorded and analyzed using the latest technological solutions and methodological approaches. The goal of the laboratory is to systematically integrate the requirements and creative potential of the end users, while paying particular attention to the context, i.e. market, production and other conditions. This approach allows us to collect and analyze data related to the expectations and needs of different user groups, and design attractive digital solutions that are usable, accessible, emotionally appealing and successful on the market.
